Here we have the new "bull nose" piece of your stem rough cut and glued together using 5200 Marine Adhesive. Once the adhesive cures we can then shape the piece to match the old piece that was removed from the boat.
01/30/2018
Now that the 5200 has cured we can begin shaping the new nose piece for the stem.
02/01/2018
We now have the rough shape of the nose piece and the rest of the new stem and fore foot cut out. Here we are test fitting the pieces to see where we need to trim and shape.

We have almost all of the new frames in the front half of the boat permanently installed. Next we will start fabricating and installing the new battens for the sides then covering the bottom.

We have began working on the back half of the bottom. We are carefully removing the bottom planks. Once the bottom planks and plywood layer are removed we will then check the frame work for rot as we did at the front of the boat and make repairs accordingly.

We now have the shaft, strut and rudder removed  from the bottom of the boat. We also have all of the bottom planks and plywood layer removed from the bottom.

The valve covers have come back from chrome and look great. These are going to look fantastic once installed on the engine.
