Engine spins compression is 60-70-60-25 the back cylinder has a compression of 25 PSI and is probably a stuck valve.
We do have the correct Chris Craft Model B four cylinder engine available as well for additional cost, the grey marine fireball four-90 came with the boat when it was dropped off!
