We have completely stripped the inside of all it's contents as well as have the engine UN-bolted and ready to be removed. Below we have everything stored in large carts and bins.

​Here you can see where we have labeled any necessary connections for when we are ready to reassemble the interior.
These are the seats to be disassembled and reupholstered with the vinyl of the owners choice. 
Here we have disassembled the windshield, removed the motor and have installed supports to be able to flip the boat over and start work on the bottom.

"Boat awaiting turn over for bottom repair. Engine has been removed and stored. The frame is heavily cross braced to prevent the shape of the boat from being changed. Once turned over the boat sits on top of the frame on a dolly.
We have flipped Lady Laura with the help of our gantry and our staff.

Work has started back up! We have another craftsman who will be tending to your boat.

The holes in the bottom are being filled with epoxy and wooden rods.

The stem is being worked to fit the planks. 
This crack will be glued back together tonight. 
There was a hole in the transom. After sanding, there was an 8th of an inch of good on the transom.

Rot has been found in the stem.

The rot in the stem is being cut out and plugged.

The stem is being placed back together with epoxy. 
The rot in the transom is being taken out.

The rot is being replace with new wood in the starboard and port side stringers. The post rot in the transom is also being repaired.

The stem has been completely fabricated. The transom bow has been steamed and clapped into place using the boat as a form. It will be removed to glue the layers of the bow together and then clapped into place. 
The keel is being dry fitted to the notches in the ribs.

The keel is in place and being sanded down.

The transom is being fit for the final fit.

The transom bow has been fabricated and put on. In the photos, you can see the old transom bow. 
The rotted portion of the chine, rear starboard side, has been fabricated and fit into place.

Gussets had been installed on each side of the inside of the transom bow. Rot has been removed on the starboard side panel.

A buttblock and the plank are being fitted and installed on the rear starboard side.
