So what you are looking at here is part of your throttle cable. As you can see part of the plastic is melted. The reason for this is that the cable was incorrectly routed and was laying against the manifold. Now would be a good time to replace the cable while we have everything disconnected. If you don't replace this now you will most likely have to replace it next spring which will then cost you more labor.
