We are running the engine to make sure everything was functioning. The water pump was not putting anything out. In the process of diagnosing the problem, we will do a compression test on the engine.

The red line is where the water line needs to be. The current water line is not level with water when the boat is in water. The line will need to be repainted. 
The engine test showed that the engine is in good shape. These pictures show the compression in each of the cylinders. 
The spark plugs might be showing that carburetor is running a little rich, but it shouldn't need to be adjusted.

Work has began on the bow stop for the trailer. The paint on the trailer is being matched.

Places in the varnish that will be repaired.

The hardware has been taken off  to prepare for sanding. This boat is actually a 1954 17ft Chris Craft Rocket, not a 1953. Along with the varnish work, there will be some wood repair and a new name decal will be created.

The boat is being sanded.
Spots within the varnish are being stainedand sealed.

The spot where is the varnish was chipped is being re-varnished.

Bad spots in the varnish are being stripped and will be re-varnished. Smaller spots are having color applied.

The areas that were stripped are now being sanded.

The areas have also, received a coat of sealer.

The boat is being sanded for the next coat of varnish.

The waterline has been repaint in the correct spot. The boat also received another coat of varnish.

The empty stripes have been filled with brown caulk and will be painted white.

The wooden strips that go behind the crash rails are being pre-fitted.

The trim has been installed.

The seats need new horse, cotton and wood. It is all rotted. The blue fabric is wrong, the hull card has red Naugahyde listed on the seats.

Fabrication work has began on the seats.

The seat backs are being painted, along with the upholstery work. 
The floor panels are in the process of being covered.

Some of the ceiling boards have been removed in order to safely remove the floor panels. Sometimes, this has to be done to ensure no damage to the panels.

The floor panels have been covered. The panels are being installed, along with the ceiling boards.

The interior has been installed. 
The decal have been installed.

The flag pole has been sanded and received a coat of stain and varnish.
