Here is a picture of our fuel pick up. It consists of the tube anti syphon and shut off valve. We can cut the tubes down to the required size for the tank.
Here is the drawing you sent of your fuel tank. We will need to know where your tank straps are located to determine placement for your fuel pick up tube. Your tank vents through the tank cap. With that being said if you do not have straps for your tank you can measure the spacing and position of the tank supports. If you do not have straps we can also reproduce those for you.
Here is a picture of a tank we reproduced for a 1937 17' Runabout. The three tank fittings (from left to right) are for Vent, Fill and Fuel Pickup. Because we haven't made a copy of a tank like yours we don't know where the fuel pickup needs to be. You wont need a vent fitting as your tank vents through the cap. This will give you an idea of what your tank will look like when complete.

We could not have a cable made with the correct fitting to attach to the tachometer. Simple solution we had an adapter made that will fit between the cable and tachometer.
