We have the seat bases fabricated and painted and should start the upholstery work next week.

This is the start to the bottom seat cushions. They are made with a muslin material filled with kapok filling. Once we get the leather coverings sewn together we can then put them together and have a complete cushion.
Here you can see we have started getting the filling materials cut for the cushioning of the seats. You can see in the first picture the layers of the materials we use to create the filling. We will be cutting and sewing the leather next week for the covering.

Here is the finished product. The seats have all been covered with authentic leather. We used brass tacks to attach the leather to the seat bases, rather than using staples. This is the way the seats were assembled in the factory when new.
