Due to devastating weather that has impacted Florida recently we sent one of our trucks and workers to personally pick up the parts for your trailer. We could have waited for delivery and eventually received the parts but given the situation I'm sure delivering trailer parts was not high on their priority list and since we wanted to stick to our schedule and deliver your trailer on time we felt it was our obligation to retrieve the parts in order to keep our deadline.
